Ms.Francisco, Co-Founder
Hello Parents/Guardians! My name is Yennifer Francisco
and I am the Co-Founder/ Director of Curriculum and Instruction at Blossoming Heights. I have seven years of experience working in the childcare business. From being a first grade Teacher and the best experience of all; being a mom to an energetic ever growing toddler. I have a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and a Masters Degree in Childhood Education and I am also bilingual. Being a mom made me realize how much my child inspired me to provide him with an enriched environment; full of energy, openness, trustworthiness and freedom to explore creatively. This is why I decided to partner up and open Blossoming Heights! We are Montessori inspired, which means we have created a space where children make creative choices in their learning, while the highly trained teacher offer age-appropriate activities to guide the process. I am well known for my expertise in early childhood curriculum, as well as my ability to build relationship with children and their parents; and most of all my loving and welcoming energy. I strive to be the best for your child, so that they can learn, thrive and blossom! Ms.Rodriguez, Co-Founder
Hello Parents/Guardians!
My name is Haydee Rodriguez and I am the Co-Founder/ Director of operations of Blossoming Heights. I have 9 years+ of experience working in the childcare field; both as a nanny and as a Special education Teacher. I have a Bachelors in Language Arts and Masters Degree in Special Education. During my wonderful years as a Nanny for a family of 3 under 3,I realized how important the early years of childhood education. I also came to understand how beneficial and vital it is to prepare a positive, welcoming and enriching environment for growing children. I am known for my artistic energy, my differentiation skills in educational practices, my ability to build beautiful relationships with children, my open communication with parents/guardians, my trust-worthiness, and my patience.
